“Wait, do I really need it pulled?”
Good question — and we’ll walk you through that.
We don’t recommend extractions unless we’ve looked at every other option first. But when a tooth is damaged, infected, or making your life harder than it needs to be, sometimes pulling it is the best way to move forward.
This isn’t about giving up — it’s about taking control.

So... what kind of teeth are we talking about?
Whether it’s a pesky wisdom tooth, a broken molar, or a tooth that just never quite got its act together, we handle most extractions right here in our Beltline clinic — no specialist referral needed, no weeks of waiting.
- Wisdom teeth that are causing chaos
- Teeth that are cracked, infected, or beyond saving
- Baby teeth that just won’t let go
- Teeth getting in the way of ortho or implants
- Any tooth that’s ruining your sleep, mood, or ability to chew without swearing
Same-day? Sometimes, yes (some teeth will need more one-on-one time before they’re ready). Sedation options? Absolutely. Ice packs and a soft place to land? You bet.
