Here’s how to park like a pro
For free, safe and warm indoors, and drama-free.
Turn into the alley from 12 St. SW
If you're driving west on 11 Ave. SW, turn left onto 12 St. SW and then left into the alley.
If you're driving east on 12 Ave. SW, turn left onto 12 St. SW and then right into the alley.
If you're driving east on 12 Ave. SW, turn left onto 12 St. SW and then right into the alley.
Look for the purple "Indigo P↙" sign
The sign will be on your left in the alley. When you see it, turn left into the parkade entrance - if you see this garage door, you're in the right place!
Park in any spot on P1 marked "Commerical Parking"
Turn right immediately, go down the ramp and grab any free spot on P1 that's labelled as Commercial Parking.
Go through the "Leasing Centre"Â door
Ride the elevator to M level and exit through this door
Exit the elevator and take this glass door to go outside onto 11 Ave. SW.
Turn sharply right, go down three doors and voila!
Look for our funky tooth logo and sandwich board out front. Come on in!
Remember to register your car!
Use Impark's QRÂ code on level P1 or the Main level for 1 hour free parking.
